Do your fingers hurt? Having to hold down sprint and crouch are killing mine. But of course, when the need arises, there are heroes that cone to the aid of the downtrodden. Bunchafunk has created an "Autohotkey" set just for us BFBC2'ers. Now, you can toggle crounch, sprint and even aim down sights! Huge thanks man. Grab it here. http://bunchafunk.googlecode.com/files/crouch_toggle_autohotkey.zip For each new aspect of a game that makes it better.. there should be those same inclusions to other games of that genre to bring them all to a higher level. I know that there are detractors that will gripe about "they ripped this off from XXX", but ya know what?!... if it makes the game better, why should anyone other than the copyright holder care? You can recognize an obvious grab from a different game.. good for you and welcome to 99% of gamers. On another note.. I am curious to see if the BFBC2 community thinks of something like this as a hack, or a cheat.. Head on into the forums and let's hear about it. |

As more information emerges.. this starts to get good. In this article, it comes to light that Jason West and Vince Zampella have sued Activision. Good on you boys. My bet is still that they were being told how to make their games to rake in the cash from the IP rather than make their games to kick ass. That didn't cut the mustard with them when they were at EA and I doubt it tastes appealing now. Charges that royalties were coming due and to avoid them, Activision fired them instead, seem well within possibility. Too much speculation is never a good thing, but then again I have never been good at being good, so here goes. Jason and Vince, through arbitration reach a cash settlement with Activision. The question of rights to MW or COD is mute since Activision knows this is a cash cow on crack. Jason and Vince start a new studio and kick so much ass that they are in a position to name their price again.. but, instead they don't sell and just keep making great games. Time will tell how they fare but get ready for this... Call of Duty: Vietnam Call of Duty: The Nazi Chronicles Call of Duty: Pacific at War Call of Duty: Swiss Alp Skier Call of Duty: Mix -n- Match painting Call of Duty: The Card Game.. etc, etc.. ad infinitum. Oh, Treyarch.. you're next.. |
