Joystiq has just released a killer video teaser that about made me wet myself in anticipation.
From what they show in the video, we can expect snow level, S.E.A.L. levels, chopper insertions and a ton of other new and varied content for the single player. For me, the COD series has always truly embraced the single player aspect and given a fantastic Multiplayer side effect from excellent level design and well balanced weapons and loadouts. I hope that it holds true and they develope a game that excercises a well scripted and immersive single player experience that we can play through to grasp the understanding of the weapons that we'll take into the MP battlefield. Will Modern Warfare 2 include the guns and perks you love to hate?
Some recent articles point out the question of whether or not Juggernaut and Silenced snipers will make it into COD6.
While the rift between these two factions has been raging since 4, it seems that they do compliment each other. You will get campers and then there are runnin gunners. Thw two are not mutually exclusive, but they are not often found in the same game type or map which leads them to rarely really battle it out.
This is important as the two frustrate each other and before long, the more frustrated of the two will begin hurling insults and start crying. Bummer for everyone then.
Maybe, the solution is to ban snipers and get rid of Juggernaut?
